FIDI-FAIM
The FIDI-FAIM standard 'FIDI Accredited International Mover' is an accreditation programme that provides international movers the possibility to have a periodic, independent assessment of our international moving activities against strict standards of quality, from our financial stability to the training of our personnel, the grade of packing materials we use, the efficiency of our procedures, the excellence of our client service as well as our care to green and clean environment.

In order to obtain the FIDI-FAIM certification, a company has to obtain a certain mark for each of the sixteen parameters on quality management and operation. The certification resulting from the FIDI-FAIM compliance procedure is valid for two years before another compliance procedure is required.

All data collected during the FIDI-FAIM compliance procedures is entered into a confidential database that produces global standards and benchmarks for the various areas of competence as defined by the FIDI-FAIM quality standard.
