Sales - Marketing Manager in HANOI

Job description
* Job Title : sales marketing manager
* Based at : SAIGON VAN in Ha Noi
* Position reports to : Branch manager/director
* Jary : grow the business
* Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: sales contracts management, development, support
and telesales

The scale of responsibilities – staff:5 direct supervision customers 100+ existing and new, territory Ha Noi and surroundings, service products: Move Management, Relocation, warehousing and records management

Personality:
Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality and business profit. A natural forward planner who critically assesses own performance. Mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with company executives, purchase and HR personnel Able to get on with others and be a team-player

Business and Selling Skills:
Must be an excellent face-to-face and telephone communicator. Able to demonstrate success and experience managing major accounts and large contracts or even a business, particularly achieving genuine sales development. Experience of tenders would also be useful

In general:
- Develop existing business and motivate the growth of sales
- Build up new relationships with new account
- Meeting up with client/account for survey and explains all the servicour company
- Communes within the worldwide network to meet up with inquiries of accounts
- Prepares proposal accordingly to the clients’ request
- Follows up with status of current account/client/quotations
- Update competition within the market
- Establishing goals for sales team and manage the team to achieve successfully
- Motivate the peak performance of the sales team
- Conduct constructive sales meeting twice a month with sales team
- Reports to braonthly the performance as well as suggestion to promote the
business
- Socializesding events, receptions within the expatriate community

Support internal and external:
- A team of support both internal and external are established in SGV
- Trainingveny is stimulated
